We used scRNA-seq to study the heterogeneity and origin of Pcna cells from the pituitary tumors of p25 transgenic mouse model. Overall design: The mouse (C57BL/6) pituitaries of transgenic overexpression of p25 (p25OE) and the wild-type (WT) littermates at week 14 and 40 were performed with scRNA-seq. The WT samples were controls.
