1. Data Collection: Collect order information related to floor mats whose receiving location is Beijing in the current month via the flagship store's order management system, including order ID, delivery note number, warehouse, product name, specification name, product quantity, receiving region, and payment time.
2. Data Processing: Clean the dataset by removing duplicate records to ensure each order is counted exactly once, and correct erroneous data. For cases where duplicate order IDs correspond to different order contents, manual verification shall be performed or the duplicate entries shall be deleted. For missing fields (e.g., unclear receiving region), supplement the information based on other details such as logistics data, or mark the field as "unknown".
3. Data Enrichment & Tiering: Aggregate the product quantities for Beijing to obtain the total regional product quantity. The user consumption proportion is calculated as (product quantity / total regional product quantity) * 100%. If this value exceeds 1%, the consumer tier is classified as Class A; otherwise, it is Class B. The above calculation defaults to the principle that different order IDs represent distinct individual users.
