为保证大白菜安全性,需要对大白菜农药残留吡虫啉含量进行把控。《食品安全国家标准 食品中农药最大残留限量》(GB 2763—2021)中规定,大白菜中吡虫啉最高限量值为0.2mg/kg。本数据主要用于监测诸暨市流通领域大白菜含量指标的情况,为监管部门提供监管依据。1.数据采集:数据采集于诸暨市场的抽检样品;2.对我市市场的抽检产品的检测值按照如下公式进行计算:X=C*V*f/(m*1000),式中:X为试样中待测组分含量,单位为毫克每千克(mg/kg);C为试样待测液中吡虫啉含量,单位为毫克每升(ug/L);V为试样待测液定容体积 ,单位为毫升(mL);m为试样质量 ,单位为克(g);f值为稀释倍数。可得检查项目吡虫啉的含量数据。3.将以上检测数据对比国标GB 23200.121-2021 《食品安全国家标准 植物源性食品中331种农药及其代谢物残留量的测定 液相色谱—质谱联用法》 标定的数据要求,在限定值内的为合格,超出限定值的为不合格。

The National Food Safety Standard - Maximum Residue Limits for Pesticides in Foods (GB 2763—2021) stipulates that the maximum allowable limit of imidacloprid in Chinese cabbage is 0.2 mg/kg. This dataset is primarily used to monitor the imidacloprid residue indicators of Chinese cabbage in the circulation sector of Zhuji City, providing a regulatory basis for relevant supervision departments. 1. Data Collection: The dataset is sourced from randomly sampled products obtained from markets in Zhuji City. 2. Calculation of Detection Values: The detection values of the sampled products from local markets are calculated using the following formula: $$X = frac{C imes V imes f}{m imes 1000}$$ Where: - $X$: Content of the target component in the test sample, unit: milligrams per kilogram (mg/kg); - $C$: Imidacloprid content in the sample test solution, unit: micrograms per liter (μg/L); - $V$: Constant volume of the sample test solution, unit: milliliters (mL); - $m$: Mass of the test sample, unit: grams (g); - $f$: Dilution factor. The content data of the detection item imidacloprid can thus be obtained. 3. Qualification Determination: The above detection data shall be compared against the data requirements specified in the National Food Safety Standard - Determination of 331 Pesticides and Their Metabolite Residues in Plant-derived Foods by Liquid Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry (GB 23200.121-2021). Samples with residue levels within the specified limit are deemed qualified, while those exceeding the limit are deemed unqualified.
