Through research on flexible bamboo bundle processing and continuous bamboo bundle weaving technology, the paving efficiency and structural uniformity of bamboo laminated lumber billets are improved, with the water thickness swelling rate (in thickness and width directions) reduced by 20%, and the performance of bamboo laminated decorative materials greatly enhanced. Furthermore, by integrating high-permeability dye solution preparation, high-pressure dyeing technology for bamboo bundles, and heterochromatic lamination technology for bamboo bundles, the decorative effect of bamboo construction materials is boosted, and the added value of the products is significantly improved.
