proglacial systems dataset of the central European Alps

The outlines are a shapefile in UTM zone 33N projection and with attributes of drainage basin, HI and percent meltwater influence per system. Distributed elevation enables slope and hence landform classes to be computed quickly as described above in this paper. The meltwater influence grid has been extracted/clipped to proglacial system extent but was computed using a regional DEM. Note that contributing area also requires the regional DEM to be analysed.
