CircRNA sequencing data of tumors and paired adjacent tissue from HCC patients

CircRNAs have emerged as crucial contributors to cancer progression. Nonetheless, the expression regulation, biological functions, and underlying mechanisms of circRNAs in mediating hepatocellular caicinoma(HCC) progression remain insuffuciently elucidated. In this study, we generated the circular RNA expression profile of HCC tissue together with the adjacent normal tissues by high-throughput RNA sequencing.
