Transcriptome reveals the response of Astragalus cicer L. root system to NaCl stress

We used the root system of Astragalus cicer L. under NaCl stress as the research material, analyzed the expression of related genes at different stress stages at the transcriptional level, and conducted functional enrichment analysis, related pathway analysis, and transcriptional factor regulation analysis on differentially expressed genes, in order to preliminarily understand the mechanism of Astragalus cicer L. root system response to NaCl stress and provide new ideas for studying its response to salt stress.
