Brownfield Covenants, State 30/09/2020

The Flemish Government wishes to encourage and facilitate the redevelopment of abandoned business parks (so-called brownfields) by concluding covenants with project promoters and investors. In doing so, the Flemish Government aims to encourage them to reuse brownfields rather than cutting greenfields for the development of industrial activities, housing or recreation.佛兰德斯政府旨在通过与项目发起方及投资者签订协约，鼓励并推动废弃商业园区（即所谓棕地（brownfields））的再开发工作。借此，佛兰德斯政府期望引导相关方优先复用棕地，而非为开展工业活动、住宅建设或休闲娱乐设施开发而开垦绿地（greenfields）。
