The Impact of Heartfulness Program on Loneliness in High School Students in the U.S.

The dataset provides data from a study that examines the impact of Heartfulness Program on loneliness in high school students in the US. This study includes the Heartfulness group (n=54) and the wait-listed control group (n=54). Pre and post surveys gain a measure of their Loneliness levels before and after the Heartfulness program for 28 days.
