数据集主要包含了两级NGW行星减速器系统可靠性设计过程中对其进行FMECA分析所得数据,可靠性设计需求分配结果,可靠性改进目标优化分配结果;宽带非高斯随机作用下齿轮副疲劳损伤模型与寿命分析数据;考虑不同失效相关性的行星减速器系统可靠性模型数据。考虑关重件及其主要失效模式,采用自上而下建树方法,建立行星减速器系统故障树。基于失效相关性建立失效相关性可靠性模型。根据宽带非高斯随机载荷下减速器疲劳损伤模型和动态可靠度建立相关仿真模型,参照美国军标《环境工程考虑与实验室试验》标准,建立非高斯随机载荷输入,以标准中的测量点作为仿真模型的数据输出点。数据量:34.5MB
This dataset mainly includes data obtained from FMECA analysis during the reliability design process of the two-stage NGW planetary reducer system, results of reliability design requirement allocation, and results of optimal allocation of reliability improvement goals; data of gear pair fatigue damage models and life analysis under broadband non-Gaussian stochastic excitation; and data of reliability models for planetary reducer systems considering different failure correlations. Considering key critical components and their main failure modes, the top-down fault tree construction method is adopted to establish the fault tree of the planetary reducer system. Reliability models considering failure correlations are developed based on failure correlation mechanisms. Relevant simulation models are constructed based on the fatigue damage model and dynamic reliability of the reducer under broadband non-Gaussian stochastic loads. Following the US Military Standard "Environmental Engineering Considerations and Laboratory Tests", non-Gaussian stochastic loads are set as the input of the simulation models, and the measurement points specified in the standard are used as the data output points of the simulation models.
