Architectural Conservation Areas South Dublin County Development Plan 2022 to 2028 SDCC

<div style=‘text-align:Left;’>These areas are created under Section 10(2)(g) of the
Planning and Development Acts, as amended. This Allows for groups of buildings, streets, villages,
small towns and larger areas to be designated as Architectural Conservation Areas. Within the County
Development Plan, a number of policies apply. This Dataset is a polygon Dataset
where the boundary of the polygon is the boundary within which the policies and
objectives of the Development Plan apply to the ACA.</div>

此类区域依据经修订的《规划与发展法案》第10(2)(g)条设立。此举允许将建筑群、街道、村落、小镇及更大范围区域划定为建筑保护区（Architectural Conservation Area，ACA）。在县域发展规划框架内，有多条相关政策适用。本数据集为多边形数据集，多边形的边界即为发展规划的政策与目标适用于该建筑保护区的范围边界。
