This dataset contains a degrading enzyme capable of converting high-ring polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs), and research on its microcosmic transformation mechanism was carried out based on protein structure. Specifically, bacterial dioxygenase was cloned and expressed from PAHs-degrading bacteria, which was then applied for PAHs degradation. Meanwhile, the degradation products were determined, and it was observed that the degradation rate of PAHs in soil was significantly improved.
