Federal Inventory of Alluvial Areas of National Importance (FR)

Floodplains are declining as natural habitats in the flooding area of waters. The floodplain inventory contains floodplains of natural or near nature waters of at least 2 ha or of corrected waters of at least 5 ha. This minimum area has typical flood vegetation and is in direct contact with the natural rain or is related to a water (groundwater, drain, etc.). The Federal Council entered into force in 1992 with the Federal Inventory with a first series of 169 objects. The Federal Inventory forms the Annex 2 to the Ordinance and contains the exact territorial boundaries and the descriptions of the individual objects.作为水域洪泛区域内的自然栖息地，洪泛平原（floodplain）正持续缩减。本洪泛平原名录涵盖面积不小于2公顷的天然或近天然水域对应的洪泛平原，以及面积不小于5公顷的经整治水域对应的洪泛平原。该类满足最小面积要求的洪泛平原区域拥有典型的洪泛区植被，且与天然降水直接接触，或与地下水、排水沟渠等水体存在关联。1992年，联邦委员会（Federal Council）正式施行本联邦洪泛平原名录，首批收录169个登记对象。该名录为对应条例的附件二，其中载明了各登记对象精确的地域边界及详细描述。
