This repository contains three files: 1) a NEXUS phylogeny of 100 anthropoid primates; 2) a CSV text file of anthropoid lower molar areas; and, 3) an R script containing replication code for fitting Bayesian phylogenetic generalized linear mixed models to the anthropoid data. These files are associated with the paper "The Evolution of Anthropoid Molar Proportions" in BMC Evolutionary Biology (2016).
