Dataset for: Linking Supervisor Support to In-Role and Extra-Role Behaviors: The Mediating Role of Organizational Embeddedness in the Hotel Industry

This dataset contains survey data collected from frontline employees in the hotel industry. It was used to examine the relationships between perceived supervisor support, organizational embeddedness, and employees’ in-role and extra-role behaviors. The data were collected via self-administered questionnaires and include validated multi-item scales measuring supervisor support, organizational embeddedness, in-role service delivery, and extra-role employee advocacy. All personal identifiers were removed prior to data sharing.
