资源简介:
The objective of this study was to investigate the association between dietary quality, gut microbiome composition, and metabolic risk in adults. A cross-sectional analysis was conducted by pooling data from the CADIP (DRKS00017537), ALAC (DRKS00020384), and NUTRIMMUN (DRKS00019887) cohorts, including 269 participants aged 25–76 years with heterogeneous metabolic profiles. Dietary quality was assessed using validated dietary indices, metabolic risk was quantified by a continuous metabolic syndrome score, and fecal microbiome composition was determined by 16S rRNA gene sequencing.
