FQMS — Fuel quality monitoring system 2007

The European Fuel Quality Directive EU Directive 98/70/EC requires Member States to review and report annually compliance with environmental quality standards for fuels under the Fuel Quality Monitoring System (FQMS). Since 2003, the Federal Environment Agency has carried out these quality controls in Austria. In 2007, around 8.26 million tonnes of fuel were sold in Austria, 6.3 million tonnes (around 76 %) of which were diesel fuels. In order to exceed the quality of the fuel, a total of 303 samples were taken at 245 petrol stations throughout Germany — 150 of them in winter and 153 in the summer. Diesel fuel has been tested for compliance with ON EN 590, petrol for ON EN 228 compliance. In one sample, two exceedances of the established standard parameters have been demonstrated.《欧洲燃料质量指令》（European Fuel Quality Directive，即欧盟指令98/70/EC）要求各成员国依据燃料质量监测系统（Fuel Quality Monitoring System, FQMS），对燃料的环境质量标准合规情况进行年度审查并提交年度报告。自2003年起，奥地利联邦环境局负责在该国执行上述燃料质量管控工作。2007年，奥地利国内燃料总销量约为826万吨，其中630万吨（约占76%）为柴油燃料。为达成并超越燃料质量标准要求，在德国全境245座加油站共计采集303份燃料样本——其中冬季样本150份，夏季样本153份。柴油燃料按照ON EN 590标准开展合规性检测，汽油则依据ON EN 228标准进行合规性检测。本次检测中，有1份样本被检出两项超出既定标准参数的情况。
