The effect of the MYH9 in endothelial cells on metabolism

This document investigates the effect of MYH9 on the metabolism of vascular endothelial cells. By treating HUVECs with MYH9 knockdown (MYH9_KD), knockdown control (MYH9_KDC), overexpression (MYH9_OE), and overexpression control (MYH9_OEC) adenoviruses, combined with untargeted metabolomics using UPLC-MS, it identifies 152 differential metabolites and key pathways such as sulfur metabolism and glycerophospholipid metabolism. Seven core metabolites are validated in the overexpression model, providing potential biomarkers and a mechanistic basis for MYH9-related vascular diseases.
