Schizothorax prenanti Raw sequence reads-NGS

We collected three fish at 6 months (10 g), 1.5 year (100 g) and 3 years (700g) of age. Four tissues (liver, brain, fat, intestine) were collected for fish at all three stages. Testis and ovary were collected for fish at 1.5 year and 3 years. Five tissues (spleen, kidney, heart, white muscle, and red muscle) were collected for fish at 3 years. Which were equally pooled together into a qualified library and subjected on the Illumina NovaSeq 6000 platform.
