Repository: Physiological Regulation of Maize Performance via Seed Priming: A 2020–2025 Synthesis

This dataset underpins our curated data for the review of seed priming in maize (<i>Zea mays</i>) spanning 2020–2025. It contains:a Scopus-derived, cleaned record of studies based on the PRISMA-selected set of <b>109</b> studies (2020–2025) used for the mechanistic synthesis; andanalysis-ready tables for (a) <b>Sankey diagrams</b> mapping <i>Priming type → Physiological pathway → Trait → Outcome</i> and (b) <b>frequency tables</b> summarizing priming categories, markers, and endpoints.<br>
