Investigation of bacterial community changes in water, sediment and intestine associated with shrimp physical health.

We used high-throughput sequencing technology to comprehensively investigate the structure and diversity of bacterial communities in water, sediment and intestinal samples from mariculture ponds at the middle and late stages of L. vannamei farming, and analyzed how assemblages of microbiota were affected by environment factors and how changes of microbial communities were associated with shrimp physical health in aquaculture ecosystem of L. vannamei.
