资源简介:
This dataset presents the results of in vitro antagonistic assays evaluating the inhibitory effects of Trichoderma citrinovirideon the growth of five phytopathogenic fungi using three different methods: Dual Culture, Non-Volatile Metabolites, and Volatile Metabolites. The study aims to assess the biocontrol potential of T. citrinoviride as eco-friendly alternatives to chemical fungicides.Dataset ContentsThe dataset includes three CSV files:Dual culturemethod.csvDescribes fungal growth (in cm) in the presence (Biculture) and absence (Control) of T. citrinoviride using the dual culture technique.Fungi tested: Alternaria, Aspergillus, Colletotrichum, Fusarium, Rhizoctonia. Each entry includes three replicates.Non-volatilemethod.csvContains data from assays evaluating the effect of non- volatile T. citrinoviride metabolites on fungal growth.Same fungal species and structure as above.Volatile-method.csvReports fungal growth inhibition due to volatile compounds produced by T. citrinoviride.Includes two identical tables for redundancy containing 3 replicate valuesExperimental DesignBiculture: Fungal pathogen co-cultured with T. citrinoviride.Control: Fungal pathogen grown alone under identical conditions.Measurement: Radial growth (cm) recorded after incubation.Replicates: Each treatment was performed in triplicate.ApplicationsThese data are useful for:Screening potential biocontrol agents.Comparative analysis of inhibitory mechanisms (direct contact vs. metabolite-mediated).Supporting sustainable agriculture and integrated pest management strategies.File FormatAll files are in .csv format and can be opened with spreadsheet software or data analysis tools.Decimal separator: dot (.)
