The Monte Carlo method is used to study the pumping probability of cryogenic pump and the flow conduction of cryopump connection transition pipeline, and it is found that the structure of the inner opening valve meets the requirements of CFETR pumping speed. The influence of different shutter baffle structures on the pumping probability was simulated by orthogonal experiments, and the optimal tilt angle of the louver baffle was determined to be 45°. The gas adsorption uniformity of the cryogenic plate was explored, and the adsorption uniformity of the cryogenic plates of each layer of the array was good.
