Forgiveness Intervention Data

The current pilot study investigated the effectiveness of a modified group psychoeducational intervention for forgiveness. The intervention was based on Worthington's REACH model for forgiveness and was created with the goals of increasing dispositional (trait) forgiveness, self-forgiveness, and interpersonal forgiveness for specific offenses that were committed against the individual, as well as by the individual themselves onto others.本项先导性研究考察了一款针对宽恕主题的改良式团体心理教育干预方案的有效性。该干预方案基于沃辛顿的REACH宽恕模型（REACH Forgiveness Model），其构建旨在提升个体的特质性宽恕（dispositional (trait) forgiveness）、自我宽恕，以及针对两类特定冒犯的人际宽恕——此类冒犯既涵盖他人针对个体所实施的冒犯，也包含个体自身对他人所犯下的冒犯。
