Population of Düsseldorf by year of birth

The data set contains the number of male and female citizens of Düsseldorf broken down by year of birth. The information comes from the reporting system. People whose selected housing status is “basic address = main/single apartment” are counted. The files contain the following column information: Year of birth: Year of Birth male: Number of male births female: Number of female births Comments: Individual values that may not be published for reasons of data protection are replaced by a point (.). If there is a hyphen (−) in the table, there is no entry. The numerical value is exactly zero (nothing exists). No 0 is entered in statistical tables as this has a different meaning. 0 or 0.0 means: more than nothing, but less than half of the unit brought to Dartsellung in the overview.
