We perform two main experiments to evaluate the role of the gut microbiota on heat tolerance, and to determine the impact of heat stress on the gut microbiota of Drosophila subobscura. First sheet contains data of heat tolerance (knockdown time in minutes), second sheet contains sample information and diversity indexes estimated for the gut microbiota, and the third sheet contains the weighted-Unifrac distance among samples.<br>For further details do not hesitate contact me at luis.castaneda@uchile.cl
