In this study, cyanidin-3-O-(6-O-p-coumaroyl)glucosides were found to mainly accumulate in fruit flesh treated by glucose, sucrose, sorbitol, and fructose respectively in vitro. The expression of most anthocyanins synthetic genes was also increased in these treated samples. However, <em>Prupe.3G163100</em>(<em>MYB10.1</em>) and<em> Prupe.5G006200</em>(<em>BL</em>), two main transcription factors(TFs)responsible to regulating anthocyanins synthetic genes in peach fruits, were not improved correspondingly in expression level.

本研究发现,分别经葡萄糖、蔗糖、山梨醇与果糖体外处理的果肉组织中,花青素-3-O-(6-O-对香豆酰)葡萄糖苷(cyanidin-3-O-(6-O-p-coumaroyl)glucosides)主要积累。上述处理样本中,多数花青素合成基因的表达量亦显著上调。然而,调控桃果实花青素合成基因的两个核心转录因子(TFs)——<em>Prupe.3G163100</em>(<em>MYB10.1</em>)与<em>Prupe.5G006200</em>(<em>BL</em>)——的表达水平并未出现相应上调。
