Reproducible Data and Analysis Code for "Unmeasured Determinants of Treatment Heterogeneity in Beta-Blocker Therapy after Myocardial Infarction: What the Contemporary Trials Cannot Exclude"

This repository contains the complete reproducible dataset and R analysis code supporting the study "Unmeasured Determinants of Treatment Heterogeneity in Beta-Blocker Therapy after Myocardial Infarction: What the Contemporary Trials Cannot Exclude." The repository includes arm-level trial data extracted from the included randomized controlled trials, together with scripts that reproduce all quantitative results reported in the manuscript, including the main text, Table 4, Supplementary Tables S3, S5, S7, S8, and S10, and Supplementary Figure S2. The analyses include era-stratified random-effects meta-analysis, sensitivity analyses (leave-one-out, Hartung–Knapp–Sidik–Jonkman, and Egger's test), post hoc meta-regression, concealment-capacity analyses, and resolving-power calculations. The code is fully annotated to document data provenance, analytical assumptions, and computational workflow, enabling complete reproduction of the published results from raw arm-level data to final outputs.
