Gut microbiota (GM) and fecal metabolics are significantly changes in autism individuals and animal models. In this study, we performed 16S rRNA gene sequencing and untargeted metabolomics on fecal samples from offsprings raised by letrozole induced hyperandrogenism dams (LTZ rats). Then we analyzed key metabolites in KEGG database to reveal the possible mechanism. Male and female rats were analyzed separately.
肠道菌群(Gut microbiota, GM)与粪便代谢组在自闭症个体及动物模型中均存在显著改变。本研究针对来曲唑(letrozole)诱导的高雄激素血症母鼠所产子代的粪便样本,开展了16S rRNA基因测序与非靶向代谢组学分析。随后通过KEGG数据库对关键代谢物进行分析,以揭示其潜在的作用机制。本研究分别对雄性与雌性大鼠进行了独立分析。
