Opinion study of the users of the Social Service Centers of Primary Social Care

The purpose of this survey is to know the opinion of the users attended in the Social Services Centers of Primary Social Care on the care provided in them, as well as to measure the fulfillment of the commitments acquired in the Charter of Services of the Social Services Centers of Primary Social Care. The survey, addressed to 2100 people, contains questions and evaluation of them in aspects related to the conditions of access, the quality of care, the treatment provided, the knowledge of social resources, the expectations of citizens, the impact of services on their daily lives and the suggestions made by the users of the network on proposals for improving the service.
