Inspired-compliant development plan of the city of Freiburg im Breisgau. Development plan 6-026k entered into force on 28.7.2017. A development plan contains the legally binding fixings for the urban planning order and is the central element of building management planning. The building community regulates where, what and how to build. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The data is available in the INSPIRE-PLU data model and is available via OGC:WMS and predefined ATOM.符合INSPIRE（Infrastructure for Spatial Information in Europe）规范的布赖斯高地区弗莱堡市开发规划方案。编号为6-026k的开发规划方案于2017年7月28日正式生效。开发规划方案包含城市规划秩序的法定约束性细则，是建筑管理规划的核心组成部分。建筑管控规则明确了建设的选址、类型与实施方式。原则上，开发规划方案需依托土地利用规划制定。该数据集采用INSPIRE-PLU数据模型，可通过OGC（Open Geospatial Consortium）:WMS（Web Map Service）以及预定义的ATOM（Atom Syndication Format）获取。
