A collection of metagenome-assembled genomes reconstructed by Joseph Runde et al. from gut metagenomes of pediatric Crohn's disease patients who went through EEN therapy.<br>Original metagenomes were initially analyzed at short-read level and made publicly available by Quince et al via https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/26526081/.

本数据集为Joseph Runde等人从接受EEN疗法（Exclusive Enteral Nutrition，肠内营养）的小儿克罗恩病患者的肠道宏基因组中重构得到的宏基因组组装基因组（metagenome-assembled genomes）集合。
原始宏基因组最初已在短读长层面完成分析，并由Quince等人通过https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/26526081/公开共享。
