ADMINISTRATORS OF COMMON-USE FACILITIES OF MULTI-APARTMENT HOUSES IN THE TERRITORY OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF KLAIPĖDA DISTRICT

If the owners of apartments and other premises in multi-family residential buildings do not establish a partnership and do not initiate a joint activity agreement, the municipality, in accordance with the law, appoints an administrator of common use objects. Residents can choose an administrator from the list of administering companies若多户住宅楼宇内的公寓及其他场所的所有权人未设立合伙组织，亦未签订联合活动协议，则市政当局将依法指定公共共用设施的管理人。居民可从管理公司名录中选定管理人。
