Sestonic and epilithic chlorophyll a for the Oksrukuyik Creek during the summers of 1990 - current. Water was filtered for sestonic chlorophyll and rocks from designated locations on the Oksrukuyik Creek were scrubbed for epilithic algae approximately three times during summer, once in each June, July, and August. Phosphorus, in the form of phosphoric acid, and nitrogen, in the form of ammonium sulfate were added to the river 1991-1996 to raise SRP by 0.32 uM and N by 7.1 uM, respectively. Sampling stations were in the fertilized reach 1990-1996, in a recovery reach 1997-1999 and in the reference reach of the stream all years. Chlorophyll a was analyzed for the Oksrukuyik Creek since 1990.
本数据集涵盖1990年至今夏季期间奥克斯鲁伊克溪(Oksrukuyik Creek)的悬浮颗粒物叶绿素a(sestonic chlorophyll a)与着生藻类叶绿素a(epilithic chlorophyll a)相关数据。
夏季每年度开展约3次采样,分别于6月、7月、8月各1次:采集溪流水体并过滤以获取悬浮颗粒物叶绿素样品,刷洗奥克斯鲁伊克溪指定点位的岩石以收集着生藻类样品。
1991年至1996年,研究团队向该溪流投加以磷酸形式存在的磷与以硫酸铵形式存在的氮,分别使可溶性活性磷(SRP)浓度提升0.32 μM、总氮浓度提升7.1 μM。
采样站位设置如下:1990年至1996年设于营养盐投加河段,1997年至1999年设于恢复河段,其余年份均设于溪流的对照河段。
自1990年起,即对奥克斯鲁伊克溪的叶绿素a开展分析测定。
