Esophageal cancer presents significant challenges due to limited treatment options and poor prognosis, particularly in advanced stages. Dysregulated long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) are implicated in cancer progression and treatment resistance. This study investigated the roles of dysregulated lncRNA, identified through lncRNA-seq, and its downstream target gene in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma(ESCC). Overall design: In order to investigate the molecular mechanism of different sensitivity of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma to chemotherapy, we performed incrNA-seg to detect the differentially expressed IncRNA in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma tissues between chemotherapy-sensitive and chemotherapy-resistant groups. To comprehensively explore LncRNA and its downstream molecules in ESCC, cell functions including cell viability, cell proliferation and flow cytometry analysis were examined after interference and overexpression of differential IncRNA.
