University of Edinburgh Telephone Survey

Between 21 January and 10 February 2013, a survey was conducted regarding the University’s current usage of and future requirements for its telephone system. The survey was aimed at telephone system users, assumed to be almost exclusively University staff. The survey was advertised (with the help of Communications and Marketing) using a single email message to the University’s “all staff” list. This dataset contains the raw survey data and a pdf document that analyses the results and discusses implications for the future of the University’s telephone provision.
