陕西省土地利用数据是根据1996年1:10万标准分幅耕地质量评等定级图、1996年耕地质量评等定级调查登记表、1:10万分幅耕地保护图（2004年）和2005年土地台帐等，经过统一标准、统一编码，建成了标准的图利利用数据库。数据分县组织，比例尺不大于10万。数据量为1259.52MB。数据格式为MAPGIS格式。
Land use data of Shaanxi Province was established into a standard land use database based on multiple sources including the 1996 1:100,000 standard sheet-divided farmland quality classification and grading maps, 1996 farmland quality classification and grading investigation registration forms, 2004 1:100,000 sheet-divided farmland protection maps, and 2005 land ledgers, after undergoing unified standardization and coding. The data is organized by county, with a scale no larger than 1:100,000. The total data volume is 1259.52 MB, and the data format is MAPGIS.
