Herpetofauna of the J. H. Barrow Field Station

A cumulative list of the reptile and amphibian species observed on the grounds of the J.H. Barrow Field Station, Hiram Township, Portage County, Ohio. We also list data on amphibian breeding sites and a qualitative estimate of relative abunances. Habitats surveyed include suburban, agricultural, old field, maple forest and old-growth beech-maple forest. Within the forest, microhabitats include seeps, spring brooks, and a cold water stream.

本数据集为俄亥俄州波蒂奇县海勒姆镇J.H.巴罗野外工作站园区内观测到的爬行动物与两栖动物物种的累积名录。本名录同时收录了两栖动物繁殖栖息地数据，以及相对丰度的定性评估结果。本次调查覆盖的生境类型包括城郊生境、农田、弃耕地、槭树林以及原生山毛榉-槭混交林。在森林生境中，调查涉及的微生境包括渗流湿地、春季溪流与冷水溪流。
