Global Soil Plasmidome Resource (GSPR)

Description DuckDB database and fasta files of the GSPR, described in the paper (https://www.nature.com/articles/s41467-025-65102-6) and on github. The phylo_gain tarball contains the trees in nwk format for the soil_vs_soil and soil_vs_all isolates, which were used for the analyses done in the paper for phylogenetic gain Usage To query the .db file, you will need to install duckdb. Then you can query it in the command line (e.g. `duckdb soil_plasmid.db -c "SELECT * FROM ptu_derep"`) To see all tables, take a look at the github repo with the explanations, or query the db in the CLI with `duckdb soil_plasmid.db -c "SHOW TABLES"` The database is also exported as parquet files for users that may prefer this format
