资源简介：
A549 cells were left uninfected (mock) or infected with different strains of Influenza A (PR8 - A/PuertoRico/8/1934 H1N1, SC35M - A/seal/Mass/1-SC35M/1980 H7N7, SC35MdNS1 - SC35M with genetic ablation of NS1) at MOI 3 for 24 hours. Total cellular RNA was isolated and subjected to deep RNA-seq for comparative transcriptomics analysis.
