Highways England Agreed Diversion Routes represent the recommended routes for road users when a section of road has been closed. Routes may not be representative of the routes indicated in the real world, as often these have been changed to address changes to the road network, or due to other road works along the recorded diversion route.英国高速公路管理局（Highways England）核定绕行路线，系指某一道路路段封闭时，面向道路使用者推荐的标准通行路线。由于道路网络发生变更，或既定绕行路线沿线存在其他道路施工等情形，实际通行路线时常会调整，因此可能与本数据集收录的绕行路线不完全一致。
