The MIRMI LL Rehab Model is a musculoskeletal (MSK) model designed to estimate muscle-tendon forces with minimal computational effort and input data. This model is intended for real-time clinical applications, particularly in gait analysis, rehabilitation robotics, and the control of rehabilitation devices. To achieve a balance between computational efficiency and biomechanical accuracy, elements from the Gait2354 model and the Full-Body Model by Rajagopal are integrated. Unlike conventional research that focuses on increasingly complex and detailed MSK models, this approach prioritizes practical applicability in clinical settings. A primary objective is to implement this model for continuous monitoring during early rehabilitation in intensive care units, specifically in combination with the VEMOTION robotic system by Reactive Robotics. This foundation enables further applications in rehabilitation robotics and real-time motion analysis.
