This dataset is developed by collecting and analyzing cloud server demand and consumption-related data of customers in Jiangxi region, aiming to figure out the purchasing power, consumption preferences of customers for cloud servers, as well as the market popularity of cloud servers in Jiangxi region, so as to provide references for enterprises in the industry to formulate cloud server sales strategies and deliver better personalized products and services for customers.
The specific implementation steps are as follows:
1. Data Collection: Collect transaction order data related to cloud server demand from the company's customers in Jiangxi region.
2. Data Preprocessing: Classify, merge and accumulate the collected data to facilitate subsequent analysis.
3. Algorithm Processing: Conduct demand analysis on the processed data with the formula: $P={a_1( ext{minimum single-order quantity})/b_1( ext{minimum single-order consumption amount}) + a_2( ext{maximum single-order quantity})/b_2( ext{maximum single-order consumption amount}) + a_3( ext{average order quantity})/b_3( ext{average consumption amount})} * k$, where $k$ is the consumption coefficient that varies across different regions, and the empirical value of $k$ for Jiangxi region is 0.8.
4. Data Classification and Grading: First, sort all the calculated company demand indexes from high to low, then assign centesimal scores based on the scoring system (for example, a demand index of 8.5 corresponds to a score of 85, a demand index of 6.5 corresponds to a score of 65, and so on). Then divide customers into three levels: "High-level" for those with scores above 85, "Medium-level" for those with scores between 65 and 85, and "Low-level" for those below 65. This helps the company better understand its customer base: communicate with high-level enterprises 1 to 2 times per month, with medium-level enterprises 1 to 2 times per quarter, and with low-level enterprises 1 to 2 times every six months, so as to formulate more precise production and sales strategies.
