Nanoparticle loaded hydrogel for the triggered release of liposomal antimicrobial peptides

This data contains information regarding the development of a liposome encapsulating an antimicrobial peptide (2a-3b) and the protection the liposome provides against proteolytic degradation (4). The data also described the photothermal properties of a gel containing peptide liposomes and Auɴʀs (5a, 5b) as well as their release profiles (5d) and toxicities of the gel and components (6a, 6b). Thedata also describes the use of the gel to treat S. aureus (7a, 8) and P. aeruginosa (7b). The remaining data describe the supplementary materials (S1-S5).
