资源简介：
22 environmental metagenomic surface water (20 m depth) samples from two transects to the Southern and Atlantic Ocean (RV Polarstern ANT-XXVIII/4 and ANT-XXVIII/5 in 2012). Samples were filtered on 0.2µm polycarbonate filters and stored at -80°C until extraction and sequencing unsing an Illumina HiSeq 25002500.
