List of the first commercial transaction of fishery products in the Canary Islands that includes fish from the fishing fleet, both fresh and frozen. It includes information of the base port, vessel, sale (species, gear, fishing zone, date of catch, conservation, presentation, size, freshness, weight (Kg) and kilo price), date and port of return, transport and declaration of collection.
