Biotope mapping Gesäuse — Part report mapping area Rotofen

The biotope mapping was carried out on a scale of 1:2,000 from a minimum biotope size of 100 m with a minimum biotope width of 5 m. As mapping units, the biotopes were according to the “Red List of Endangered Biotope Types of Austria” (ESSL et al. 2002, 2004 & in Vorb.; Traxler et al. 2005) used. The images were documented in a survey sheet based on the biotope mapping Salzburg (NOWOTNY & Hinterstoisser 1994) and managed in an MS Access database. Biotopes that could be assigned to an endangered biotope type and/or habitat type according to the Habitats Directive (FFH-LRT according to Directive 92/43/EEC) were additionally documented with a list of species. Furthermore, the biotopes were digitally separated from colour orthophotos.本次生境类型（biotope）制图采用1:2000比例尺，制图规则要求最小生境斑块尺寸不低于100米、最小斑块宽度不低于5米。制图单元严格遵循《奥地利濒危生境类型红色名录》（ESSL等，2002、2004及待出版文献；Traxler等，2005）的分类体系确定。 影像资料依据《萨尔茨堡生境类型制图规程》（NOWOTNY与Hinterstoisser，1994）编制调查记录表完成归档，并存储于MS Access数据库中。对于可归类为《生境指令》（依据欧盟92/43/EEC指令定义的FFH-LRT生境类型）中濒危生境类型及/或栖息地类型的生境斑块，需额外补充物种名录进行详细记录。此外，所有生境斑块均从彩色正射影像中完成数字化提取与分割。
