Tryptophan-like fluorescence as a measure of microbial contamination risk in groundwater

Tryptophan-like fluorescence (TLF) data is paired with faecal indicator bacteria (Escherichia coli and thermotolerant coliforms) concentration data. The TLF results that have been corrected for probe sensitivity (using calibration equations based on standard solutions of L-tryptophan at 30 degrees Celsius). The TLF data are paired with E. coli data from compartmental bag tests and m-ColiBlue24 filtration plate counts and with thermotolerant coliform data from laurel sulphate filtration plate counts. Temperature, pH, electrical conductivity and turbidity data are also included. Duplicate and replicate samples are indicated.

类色氨酸荧光（Tryptophan-like fluorescence, TLF）数据与粪便指示菌（大肠杆菌（Escherichia coli）及耐热大肠菌群）的浓度数据进行配对。所有TLF检测结果均已针对探头灵敏度完成校正，校正过程采用基于30℃下L-色氨酸标准溶液建立的校准方程。本数据集的TLF数据分别与来源于分隔袋试验、m-ColiBlue24滤膜平板计数法的大肠杆菌数据，以及来源于月桂硫酸盐滤膜平板计数法的耐热大肠菌群数据完成配对。数据集同时包含温度、pH值、电导率与浊度数据，并对平行样本与重复样本进行了标注。
