AMB-1 FORC measurements

First-order reversal curves of a dried pellet of the magnetotactic bacterium Magnetospirillum magneticum strain AMB-1, measured with a Lake Shore 8600 Series VSM (average of four measurement cycles processed with VARIFORC). The following measurement protocol has been used: 636 curves in steps of 0.3 mT, Bc from 0 to 100.2 mT, Bu from -10.15 to 80.15 mT, 0.2 s averaging time, 1 s pause at reversal, 250 mT saturation field.
