A genus-level classification of the ant subfamily Ponerinae (Hymenoptera, Formicidae)

This dataset includes input and output files for the phylogenomic analyses performed in the ZooKeys study titled "A genus-level classification of the ant subfamily Ponerinae (Hymenoptera, Formicidae)" by Fisher et al. The study analyzed Ultraconserved Element (UCE) molecular data and focused on phylogenetic relationships and classification in the ant subfamily Ponerinae. Two datasets were analyzed: one with 261 samples and an expanded dataset with 1170 samples. Provided in this dataset are (1) contig assembly files for all analyzed samples, (2) input files for phylogenetic analyses, and (3) output trees and log files for phylogenetic analyses. Raw sequences have been uploaded separately into the NCBI Sequence Read Archive.
